Roux personally handles onboarding, sets up the ordering tablet and trains your team. We prepare your online catalogue with product details and licensed or shop-supplied photos, then review results weekly and recommend improvements.

Send product, opening-hour or online availability changes. You can send new photos too. We apply the agreed updates and keep your online catalogue current. Changes are coordinated directly; automatic till or stock integration is outside the pilot.

We plan and manage marketplace ads and promotions with your Späti to help new customers discover you. Campaigns, budgets and how costs are shared are agreed before they run. Every campaign needs your approval.

Your team accepts orders, picks the products, packs each order and hands it to the delivery partner’s courier. For orders already in progress, your team handles missing items and possible alternatives directly on the ordering tablet.

You choose products, prices and opening hours. Your shop remains the seller, owns the merchant account and receives payouts directly. hallo späti connects participating shops under a shared brand; each business remains clearly identified through its own real merchant listing. The presentation needs your approval and the platform’s agreement.

Does our shop stay independent?
Yes. Your Späti remains the seller, with its own merchant account and decisions. The shared hallo späti brand and your real merchant listing are used only with your approval and the platform’s agreement.
How do you access our account?
You give us authorised manager access. The account stays yours, the platform pays you directly and your passwords stay with you.
What if an item sells out?
Let us know so we can update online availability. For an order already in progress, your team handles missing items and alternatives on the ordering tablet. Stock is not synchronised automatically.
